Aiming High for Disabled Children is an exciting Government Programme to do just what it says- AIM HIGH for disabled children by improving services for families.

Stockton United For Change is your way to have a say and get involved.  Stockton United for Change was set up in 2008 to give parents of disabled children a voice to influence the Aiming High programme in Stockton.

Stockton Parent Support is a group of parents with disabled children.  Stockton Parent Support formed in June 1999 and became a registered charity in May 2004.  Thet are an umbrella group for the parent led support groups in Stockton.

Stockton Parent Partnership is a service for parents and carers of children with special educational needs from 0 to 19 years old.

The Learning Support Team includes several services that provide support for children and young people with special needs/learning difficulties and their families.

SNAPS - Special Needs Activities with Parents Support offers families a variety of activities and support groups both during term time and school holidays.
